~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted December 7, 2006 Author Posted December 7, 2006 Try right click save as on those links within the site rather than streaming them........ The full versions are 50 Mb whereas the ones I have on my site at present are 16 Mb ( FTP problems) Quality is way better 4hero - thanks for the links - I intend to beef up the site and add tables, new pahes etc in due course Cheers CGS
4Hero Posted December 7, 2006 Posted December 7, 2006 4hero - thanks for the links - I intend to beef up the site and add tables, new pahes etc in due course add tables? Better without them mate (unless they are for tabular data (i.e. rows and columns of figures) ofcourse [])
~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted December 7, 2006 Author Posted December 7, 2006 I think I meant frames so that the site scales depending on the viewers monitor ? Like I say, I am a total newbie to this ! CGS
Dougie C Posted December 7, 2006 Posted December 7, 2006 Tried right clicking and same thing happens as you pass the 911 I think it was just after the RX8. Unfortunately didnt see the time when it cut out and went back to the beginning mate. Dougie
st3ph3n Posted December 7, 2006 Posted December 7, 2006 Cal, frames are the tool of the devil! Whatever you do - don't use them.

~ ~ Cal ~~ Posted December 8, 2006 Author Posted December 8, 2006 Sorry dude ! I was running short on space so your mpeg had to take a hit for the team ! ( http://www.slinkycity.com/audio/32dohs.wav)
4Hero Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 Cal, there's a way you can reduce bandwidth (space) on your server with movies. You can embed wmv's etc into flash reducing the file size drastically.. I'll pass you an example tomorrow to let you see the difference!
