cullenmin Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 Hi Guys, I also seek some advice on the above. I have sourced an Sti8 intercooler which I intend to fit to MY00 Uk Turbo. Is this as easy as standard one off and STI one on? I know I will need a bigger diffuser to direct the air to the larger intercooler and possibly a bigger scoop. The intercooler does not have the Y-piece, is this all I need to complete the installation? Thanks in advance Rich
sheep Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 Do a search on the technical page and it should give you some helpful info. Found this but it doesnt look good mate. http://forums.sidc.co.uk/forums/694141/ShowPost.aspx

scooby222 Posted November 20, 2006 Posted November 20, 2006 might be worth having a chat with the guys at awd, i seem to remember dave used to have an sti4? intercooler on his my00 i think in part because he could mount the dump valve straight onto it. although i have the technical ability of an egg and may be totally wrong!
