It's easy for us to sit at home, be judgmental and make comment on others, but unless you were there you can't possibly know.

That was my point really, jumping on the internet and calling someones integrity into question, especially as the answer seems obvious ????

well I spoke to Steve this morning at morning Brief after word got about, and he said that one minute he was behind him the next he was not, and right enough it was enough of a bend that it happend on that he didn;t see it happen, too busy with whats in front... fair on I guess, at least some one did stop, Personally, the traffic fuzz were there, and no point in stopping for us like by the time we got past, and the car didn't look that beat up... but then again, I was too busy with the corner in the wet....

That should help.

Superb St3ph3n.

Thanks a lot for that, actually Imy, I saw you smiling at wee Hollie

on the pit wall as we watched the cars, next time I'll introduce us

.....

Hi Alan,

gurgling away on top of the pit wall whilst cars were screaming past LoL

Sorry to hear about Iain's bad news and hope you recovery speedily.

Knockhill was totally baltic....

I sold alot of raffle tickets today and would like to thank everyone for the support to Santa Cruise.

I was indeed in Jools mass weapon of destruction and what a weapon/toy it is[Y].

His car control is simply breath taking and i could only dream and hope that i could drive like that one day.

Corner after corner was taking sidy ways and was controlled mainly by steering and gas....

I feel utterly priviledged to have done afew pax lap with Jools and would like to thank him greatly...you're[*]

Was great to meet up with the usual suspects and newbies alike...

But it won't be till next year for KH again so drive safe and stay chilled.

Amen

I was part of the Aberdeen contingent that passed but Iain was not part of our group.

Road conditions were awful especially on that part of the road.  I spoke to the guy who owns the Drum shell garage and told him (local knowledge).  He reckons that part of the road is bad when it rains as all the rain runs down the hill and forms a puddle.

I was driving along (Exige) and spotted what looked like standing water and proceeded to brake and slow down to about 50/60.  No longer had I done that then out of the spray I spotted the scooby with a white van parked up so I knew he was getting help.  I don't think anyone would intentially ignore the fact someone crashed and carried on "to get to KH on time."

I'm not saying that the blow out is not true but giving the weather conditions and what looked like standing water I would say that was the problem and the blow out was to soften the blow or hide that the driver was not driving to the road conditions.**

At least no one was hurt.  There was another crash after KH, apparently an Elise but not heard from the owner yet.

G

**possibly just thrown petrol into the fire.

well again the guy in the Drum station, (Same guy, must be the only one there!) reckons that someone had been badly hurt in the one with the elise afterwards but he was not sure... I do hope that was not the case, but if you do find out would you be good enough to post it up here so that we know...

Cheers.

Dale.

Can understand that like, I really can, having been in 2 bike accidents to date, (thankfully not serious) I know the kind of worry that can set off, but I'm sure that there are other ways to vent her feelings, instead of pointing the finger without knowing all the facts...

Dont get me wrong, I'm not having a go in any way, it was a shock, even for us driving past later, with the bobbies there already, but the main thing is that your ok mate, and we can all move on from this like...  [y]  without the slander and accusations....  [:)]

I do Hope everything gets sorted out ok what ever happened mate! whether it was standing water or a blowout it dont matter IMHO, as long as no ones hurt!!! [y]
