cusco kid Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 knockhill on sunday was my first run for 3 months in my sons left hand drive GP valeting scooby. prepaired by myself GP motor sport . many mod have been carried out since we got her bilstein/ whiteline suspension -soon to be totaly whitline . equal length headers / front mounted intercooler 330 mm discs large 4 pots and many more mods we ran with 10% methanol added to v power what a difference to the lift pulling strongly to 7000 rpm .some good lap times were gained due now to the 99% improvement in understeer and adjusting the rear anti roll bar to max-also lifting f/r suspension by 5 mm we were nearly collected by the massive golf accident right in front of us[] we live to fight another day it was great to see my old cossie 3 door 4x4 K636 GSC that i built in91-92 from 100% newparts ,the only K reg 3 door 4x4 motorsport cossie built in the UK checked on the pnc at a cost of £52,000 £30, 000 a season to run it in the scottish champion ship tarmac series/would like to meet some of you young guys and talk motorsport sometime anyway enough ranting from me, see you soon regards geo[]

It's a lot less frantic than the HH days as you probably noticed, and it would be nice to see this car of yours out there as it sounds like a well setup machine. You can book a place in the shop.
