Doea anyone know anything about Epson printers ????

I have a Epson cx3600 The inks are full and new .It goes through the motions

i.e sound like its printing but when the paper comes out its blank.

Ive tried cleaning the nozzles but still dont print.

Has anyone got any ideas ?

Does anyone know anyone who can service it for me ?

Or does it get a ride in a wheelie bin to printer heaven[:D]

Any ideas ?????????

Hi Mick, Epson printers are notorious for clogging up the print heads.

You have to clean the print heads at least 8 or 10 times before they start to work.

If that does'nt clear them them the big green bin sounds thae way to go!

Yeah i see what your saying .Ive just put new inks in and every time you clean the

print heads it uses a lot of ink and at £40 a go it works out expensive .Is there a cheaper way to clean them or do you know anyone that can service it ? It could prob do with one its not been done in the 2 years ive had it .

Take the sticky tape off of the tops of the inks [:P]

or use white paper instead of black[:(]

I've also had problems with my Epson Stylus Photo 810 with printing,  sometimes it comes up saying the printer isnt connected when it is and it wont allow me to print on a higher dpi or the colour changes and not to what it should be.

Thinking about getting a new printer.
