[] I found out that unfortunately The Tollgate is to be demolished on 22nd October to make way for a new road, so no late night disco [] I've made a provisinal booking at The Wharf, for Saturday 2nd Dec, as this was the only Saturday available other than 22nd, which I thought might be a little too close to Christmas for most. I will need ASAP £5 per person plus menu choices to secure our reservation, below is the menu, please add your name to the list, plus the numbers next to your choices: a. Starters 1. Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil 2. Smoked Salmon with Avocado Salsa and Crostini 3. Hazelnut Crumbed Goats Cheese on Rocket Salad b. Main 1. Carvery Roast Turkey, Topside of Beef & Honey Roasted Gammon accompanied by Roast & New Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables & Trimmings 2. Grilled Salmon with Saffron Mashed Potatoes, & a Tomato & Capers Salsa 3. Creamed Mushroom Vol-Au-Vont on Rocket Salad c. Dessert 1. Christmas Pudding served with Traditional Brandy Sauce 2.
