downpipe

hi folks,

looking for a little advice, am looking to fit an hks downpipe to my 02 sti. This downpipe is just under 200. I have seen cheaper ones on ebay, is it worth paying extra for a decent quality since it is just a section of pipe?

Also will i require to get the car remapped or will it run fine as is without causing any problems later on.

hi kev,

no you will not need a remap it will run fine as for the which down pipe to get i have tryed both and found that there is not any diffrent in it  so i wnt for the cheap on and sold the othere one .

i thought the STI`s  all needed a remap , i drove my UK TURBO for long enough without a remap and it was ok but think the STI`s are a diffrent ball game
