sheep Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Andy thanks again, the bills paid[] and good luck with the house. Well started the day as most who go to Andys do for the first time, down the end of dead end street with no sign of a garage, so much for aa route finder. As a few of you who i spoke to at the rolling road day at dastek know i was slightly disappointed with car as it was probably 20 horses down on what i was expecting. I told andy what had been done to the car and we went off for our first runs, we came back and andy made a few adjustments to the car as it wasnt making the figures that he was expecting either. We went off and had a few more runs then returned to the garage. Going by andy calculations the car is now running about 265 bhp and about 265lbf.ft of torque he said himself that he expected more and he has seen more with the same mods that i have, so there a couple of things that i need to try but to say i am delighted would be an understatement the car is totally different from this morning when i left the house and even on the motorway cruising at 80 mph in fiifth when i put the foot down it pulls a lot better than ever before. So hopefully a couple of little adjustments and i should have an extra 20 ponies and some more torque.[][]

andrew_forrest Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 I think there is a little bit more 'satisfaction' to come from this one once the OE centre exhaust section is changed Andy
