T123VOR Posted September 27, 2006 Posted September 27, 2006 Evening all I have bought a Forge VTA DV (the same one as Granby has) off ebay tonight (£46) I'm still not convinced i like the sound of them but i'll fit it tomorrow and see!! i need louder pops and bangs[] While its off is it worth cleaning it up- filter etc? Might fit the induction kit tomorrow too (had it for a while just hadnt fitted it) Who's the man to fit my flamer kit for the tunnel run? [:-*] Trevor

T123VOR Posted September 27, 2006 Author Posted September 27, 2006 What switch does it use- i might source a proper subaru switch for one of the blank spaces. Is that possible? Im getting a S/h I/c one from japperformance for the i/c spray. Deano - cheers i give you a call but i assume i need to get the kit for you to fit it? Are there diiferent ones or much of a muchness (God i sound like my Dad!!) haha Trevor
quentin_moss Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 My mate Michael at Impossible Performance in Rochester (01634 710777)does both the normally aspirated ones (normally operate when you let off) Or for a bit more money does the propane ones, like used on the Fuel Almera... Apparently can get up to 8 foot flames but watch out for the fact you will be carrying a gas canister in car (Cheers Tony) No guarantee but say I sent you, you may get a deal (just dont buy fuel hose)
tony_cousins Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 Lol whats happening [] why dont you just get real flames instead [] Seriously though a flamer kit is easy to fit, will take you about 45 mins and will make pretty flames [] Give me a call and ill give you a hand if you want [Y]
