kebab nemesis Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Original Potenzas are needing replaced, looking for the best price for RE070`s, I like the way the car handles with them but would be interested in alternatives, any suggestions?
FastScooby Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Think the majority of scooby owners on here are using toyo proxies T1-s or T1-r also the goodyear F1's, not used any of them... i have had 2 sets on my scoob. yokohama parada spec-2 (brilliant) and using michelan exalto's with are good all rounders but expensive
kevin_rhind Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 The above tyres are very hard to get in the UK I think Craig Mac has 2 sets send him a pm or something Kev
st3ph3n Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Eagles are superb. Sidewalls not as stiff as the RE050 I was using, so will be the same as the 70s too, which means it feels a wee bit "wallowy" when changing direction very quickly. But the grip in the dry and in the wet is outstanding. The wet performance is miles above the 50s. Oh and the ride quality and road noise is much improved with them too. Ten thumbs up [y][y][y][y][y][y][y][y][y][y]
