baser999 Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 Quote Hey guy's and gal's, whats the shedule for the evening, i know we all meet up in Norwich, have a gentle cruise through the town......park up...collect loads a dosh.[Y] Thats about it.......whilst we're cruising, a few cars are taken to one side and a cheque is presented, photos etc then we all go off to a pub outside the city for food etc and Granby excels himself at 'beat the intro' lol If you still want to wear that floral dess and the laddered tights this would be the point in the evening where it would work best [] Anyone come up with a revised schedule for meeting up, leaving, route etc
granby Posted November 5, 2006 Author Posted November 5, 2006 OK a revised schedule Meet at the Wharf 3:00 leaving @ 3:30, this will give us plenty of time to get to Norwich should there be any problems on the M25, M11,A11 as it is a Friday afternoon and if we do get there early we can grab something to eat or have a look around Makro's (i'll bring my card just in case anyone see's something they want [])
mick_weatherill Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 Are you stopping on the way at all ?? If not ill have to leave before you lot so i can pick my mate up on the way and meet you at makros .

baser999 Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Anyone know if any of the high street stores or supermarket chains are selling Pudsey Bear? Got one in Asda last year but not been in one of their stores lately; thought last years bear could do with some company on the journey next Friday - could share the same bit of string round their necks [] . BBC C-i-N website makes no mention to who's selling them.
Dalthegooner Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 There were none in Asda tonight. All they had were pin badges []
baser999 Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 All gone into hiding rather than be bought and tied on the front of our cars next week []
Dalthegooner Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 PMSL [] They can't hide forever. The bears gonna get it []
ROAR Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 17.5cm (6.75") tall pudsey for £6.00 try this website http://www.charitygifts-cin.co.uk/products/gifts/1/pudsey/2
baser999 Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 these are fine, perhaps a bit small, but can they guarantee delivery before next Friday? This is the reason I was looking to pick something up in a shop. Someone has posted on the Essex thread on Scoobynet saying they'd seen the bear in an Asda so perhaps keep an eye open there. Update........since been tipped off that Boots are selling the bear on-line and......wait for it.......Pudsey Bear ears! Don't know if stuff is available in store though; will check it out at the weekend if I get chance.
mick_weatherill Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Was in asda this afternoon ,They said pudseys available instore soon. That was Greenhithe .near bluewater.[Y]
