Well legally you have 3 months warranty on any veichle that you buy from a dealer, they are OBLIGED to repair any problems or give you your money back....

I say depending on the severity of the damage, I'd get my money back and get a better car... for surely thats something that the dealer should have checked for...

What car do you have in previous posts of yours you mention a 51plate wrx then 99sti type r ?? Take it back to were you got it and ask for a refund or the garage to sort it .A good body shop will sort it and it will look like new

i wouldnt be telling what dealer it was if i was you mate, but i would go back and tell  them you are unsatisfied with the car

im sure it will get sorted mate

its the type r,the bugeye was ok but was expectin it to be quicker, when the sti came up for sale i decided to go for it.The damage is  hard to notice unless your lookin for it,my mates gonna go over it see what it needs to be done properly, goin back to the dealer cos im definately not happy.Have a years warranty from them so hopefully that has some cover but if its been done before they got it doubt it,found the last 2 owners were from rothsey and dumfries, has an SIDC sticker on the front window too, maybe someone here knows the car or the history?Cool grey sti 5 type r S***SGA is the reg.
