Now I have got my car I have been thinking of taking it for a service/check up at Threeways Abergele. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with them in the past and would they recomend them or maybe someone else in the North Wales or Cheshire area

Took mine to Christopher Neil Subaru in Northwich recently - they seemed OK.

any idea what yo payed, was it the standard oil change filter, gear box oil, plugs and leads

When servicing the two main ones are,

1. Pete @ Prosport in stockport

2. Christopher Neils @ Northwich

Both of them offer 10% discount if you are a paid SIDC member and Prosport offer 10% discount for CADS members.

IMHO Prosport is the best as they are performance specialist and offer the most amazing service.

Right sounds like Prosport then I am fully paid member so once the membership card comes through I will get in touch. Any Idea roughly how much?

Normal service is around 150-200 me thinks.

 

Plus there clean inside and out.

Its about £200 for a normal £300 for a 50000 mile and £420 for the big 60k one.

my car has 77k on the clock. its has a fully stamped service book upto the 01-01-06 at 7200 miles. so i am expeting a pretty big service bill to be honest. Are there any things i should expect to be done at this mileage
