hi i have recntly bought my scooby as some of you may already know. however i have noticed that every now and then in pops out 2nd gear. normally when i am slowing down not when i am accelerating. does anyone now what the problem might be is this the clutch slipping or the gear box its self

Yep sure it's the box, a clutch would not do that, excellent news on the waranty[][]

glad it's under warranty. just hope they fix it for you. I wonder where you bought the car???? I've got an idea on where.
