how much boost can a std turbo/engine take. ? thinking now of a boost controller

i blocked of my r33 boost controller and got full boost constantly as it had a 2 stage boost. so basically want more boost as i feel it could be doing with it !(well i want it even if the car doesnt !),.

No good having high boost if the engine has blown up the first time you get the foot down. There is a lot of experience on here take note of what is said someone will probably have done similar and paid the price.
