Ive got four tyres (yes really- hehe)

2 nearly new Falken ZIEX ZE-512

2 bridgestone re040 6/7mm

which should i put on the front and rears please- any ideas?

Where's the best place on a tyre to measure the tread please?

As far as the best place to measure the tread I think the law says something like at least 1.6mm tread depth across at least 75% of the surface. So in the middle and a bit to each side?

think you find its 3mm limit and new tyres go at the back until worn in! then swap them to the fronts after about 500 miles
