engine oil

right guys, this has probably be asks loads of times in here but wots the best engine oil to use in ma scoob? some say millers others say mobil etc. last oil change i done i used castrol gtx magnatex 15w 40, but some1 else told me not to use it, so wot do i use?, wot do u guys userecommend?

Gtx magnatec 5w 30 which its had since new.
