Guest AlanK Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Finally got myself my first 'real' car - Always wanted something fast and fun and after almsot 10 years of driving now own a Silver MY99 Waggon. PPP, PPP handling pack, Quick Shift, PIAA driving lamps, EBC turbo groove discs and red stuff pads, De'Tangoed, Rear tinted windows The Best bit? Just under 29000 Miles I'm loving every second of it (apart from the 1/2s every so often when I glance at the fuel gauge but I expected that) I cant believe just how much power it has and I can finally overtake safely without having to gun the engine for a 1/4mil lead up to get fast enought to go past someone. I think I am actually driving a bit slower and more relaxed at times just casue I know I can actually shif when "I" want - and not when the t*t in the Nova/ Astra/ Vectra/ Saxo/ Saxo sits on my arse or goes flying past (all those twats and I have only driven 197miles so far) I would like to try a non PPP classic though just out of interest as this thing sounds and goes superb - it would be good to have a point of refernce to what differnce the upgrades make. Well cant wait till tomorrow night when I will be back out in it again!!!

Guest AlanK Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 As soon as I clean the dead fly colony of it and take some of my own pics.
st3ph3n Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 You could make a 3 course meal out of the flies on the front of mine. That's what happens when you come back from the loch with Al and Ed at warp factor 20.
oz *sti* Posted June 26, 2006 Posted June 26, 2006 Well done mate [Y] you will love every second of driving it that's for sure, your bank manager will love you also with the amount you will spend on petrol []
