PPP for under £1000??

I have read in this forum in the past of dealers doing PPP for £999. Can anyone tell me if this was a special offer as I've been quoted £1600 recently from Halleys in Milngavie and Nobles in Penicuik. Possibly the £999 was for a classic, I have a 05 WRX. If anyone knows of a dealer who will do it for less than £1600 can you post back and let me know where.

ole tam got his for his uk300 for under a grand from s&s a few months back not sure if the deal is still going
