micra_wrc Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 took advantage of the dry & sunny May Day holiday as well as the squirrel's autoglym collection and washed, waxed and polished the RA. never realised how long it takes to properly 'wash' a car until today. Ran out of time to do the wheels as it was dinner time by the time we took the polish off [] was too knackered so only managed to take a few pics. guess its one way to work off a hangover lol oh and typical. Spent 3 hours getting her spotless and we drove thru a pack of seagulls on our way to get a kebab...... guess what they did [] imy

the squiggle Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 we dont have ur biceps andy! Thank god for that........would then have to ask who the hells i have!!! [] Probably this guys My good friend Stan Pike, remember him Imy............crazy fool walks to and from work, about 12 miles each way, carrying 30 odd kilos in each hand. Why? For something to do and keep him active http://www.intensefitness.co.uk/stanspage.html Crazy geordie ex-marine now makes wrought iron weight lifting gear and my 9 stone ass picks it up from Langholm every day. Good day spent cleaning up the old RA, my car will get the same treatment soon* but bear in mind last time i fueled my car Optimax was 94.9 a litre. Does come up stunning with a little bit of elbow grease and some yellow marigolds. Tyres and wheels will be done next week before the relay. *Do you reckon Imy will help me polish and wax my car for 3 hours......HHHHMMMMM
IanJ Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 Very nice Imy. I hope Grant hasn't been teach you any bad driving habits [] I particularly like the Saltire in the background.
