goodridge brake lines are .....

done2 yesterday and the other two the day mate ! would have got it done in a oner had i not fell out wi the mrs and rebuilt the brakes bled them and then buggered off for an hour to sulk !! lmao !!

cannae believe the difference these hve made !! best £50 quid ive spent !!

so glad i took youir advice on the 5.1 wullie ! cheers for that wee nugget of info !!

davie,where did you buy your brake lines from.i'm looking for a set at the mo.

also,did you have any problems bleeding the 5.1 fluid through the new lines after you fitted them,as i was told it can be more difficult than usual dot4 fluid,and how much fluid did you use to bleed and fill the system.

cant recommend the goodridge pipes enough !!!! theyre great especially with the dot 5.1 absolute doddle to fit !! took longer cleaning everything off before crackin the pipes !! word to the wise if you dont have a brake pipe spanner get a really good set of mole grips !!!

no probs bleeding brakes through at all just exact same as normal dot 4 !!

i used under half a litre of dot 5.1 but you get a litre for about a tenner so its worth gettin the litre bottle just in case !

just tryin to remember where i got my pipes

Thanks for the link davie.Do you know if your car has ABS fitted as mine doesn't.Just wondering if theres any difference.

thats a good price BTW.The sites i was on were a lot dearer than that
