Good luck Michael.  Not heard of them but hope you get it sorted quickly and well - some repairers can be a real hit or miss.  Remember you can insist it goes to a bodyshop of your choice - you just won't get a courtesy car (unless they offer it).

Straight back to them - again and again usually... most insurers will offer a 3 year warranty on any work carried out by their approved repairer.  Inspect it before it comes off the transporter and send it straight back without it being delivered.  Or go to their bodyshop to look at it.

I used to work in the bodyshop industry, and Richmond had quite a good reputation in the past, but I haven't heard anything good or bad recently since I'm not in that specific part of the trade any more. (but I will tell you not to visit the Reg Vardy bodyshop in Cumbernauld Road).

Would rather try and repair my car by myself using sellotape and blue tack than give give these useless feckers a chance again.

But dont let that sway your opinion mate.

Car was returned with 2nd hand parts fitted, very dirty inside and some additional miles on the clock to test drive it!! after a rear end shunt?
