Splitter is the extension to the front bumper Vicki. Generally it should provide enhanced front downforce at speed.

Or in my case act as the first thing to cram into a handily placed speedbump in Bathgate recently

its also lowers the front of the car and guys seem to crawl over speed bumps while making a face in case they hear the noise of it scratching the car []

yeah, got a few more things to put on, just get it thru its mot next week first.

and for the speed bumps, gets over them no problem, well just now anyway. lol
