simon_jeffrey Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 The videos are top quality mate I've just watched part 5 and you have done a superb job - like the effects too (and the footage of the madman in the buggy is spot on!!!)[]
Diablo Blaze Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 Great job Rick. Big thank you for putting the time in, I know the editing thing is not easy and that it takes a mega amount of time to do. The effects are excellet too. Smashing vids!
robert_harding Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 just got in...downloade part 2....nabd now downloading part 3 as i speak[]
dave_thorbinson Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 These are fantastic!!!! Cheers for all the time and effort you've put in mate. []
Gibbsey Posted March 24, 2006 Author Posted March 24, 2006 Thanks guys! I enjoyed doing it, even though it all went a bit funky for a while there. I just noticed that part 6 has missing sound as well. shame because there's two good tunes on that one. I think one of the tracks somehow wound up muted before i exported it, so I'll fix that now before I go play squash. Thanks Bob for sending the email around. I'll also compile a complete version and then see if I can make a public version with no plate info. I'll do these in a slower pace though I think... What a week! []
robert_harding Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 It is much appreciated for all the hard work yo have done......i know how long it takes[] just watched part 3, still downloading part 4..... is mine quiet or what.....i will have to do something about that.[]
Bluebotle Posted March 24, 2006 Posted March 24, 2006 Great Videos!! Now with a little playing around I have found a really good way of stringing these vids together to make it seem like 1 big video thats dead easy to do! Put all the videos on your desktop. Double click on the 1st video and let Windows Media Player open up and start to play the video. You will notice on the right hand side the file name of whats playing now. (Not in Full Screen Mode) Pause the Video, and make the Windows Media Player window smaller by dragging the bottom right corner inwards so you can see the files on your desktop and the paused video in Windows Media Player. Drag the remaining 5 video files from your desktop onto the windows media player and let go of them under the file name that is shown in the Now Playing List in Windows Media Player. Maximize Windows Media Player and enjoy the full film as if its all strung together. What you are basically doing is creating a play list and playing that list in the order they sit. Hope that all makes sense! Cheers Lee
