Who's boring who[:D]

I think I'd just suggested to Shrek that to relieve the boredom and at the same time to attract some attention this was the point where I should launch my coke all over his jacket - he said that was ok by him - he wouldn't be able to stop me as his hand was stuck to his face by one of Markies boys bogies !!

A big thank u to baser for coming up with a great idea and a big thank u to markie for leading the way, it woz good to see the classics out do the new age [:D] . Shame about the weather [li] but fun was had by all. Great to see the convoy  stay as one.

Although it would be nice to take the credit for today , especially for the weather which I had God lay on especially , I really only put forward the original idea. Thanks must go firstly to Markie for sorting out that route and for choosing all those puddled roads - to see the look on the faces of the new-agers when their cars got wet was worth the entrance money alone [:D] Secondly thanks to Dean for basically organising everyone via the forum - I've still not mastered this cut and paste business [:$] ......and finally , as they say at award ceremonies, thanks to everyone for turning up and making it such a good day, especially the newbies who did indeed turn up, despite the miserable weather [:D]

Thanks to baser for coming up with the idea and markie for leading the way/route made a nice change having a gentle drive rather then a mash down the motorway all very petrol conserving! Thanks to everyone making it a really great day except the weather and this probably my last outing in a scoob for a while [:'(]

Like the pics too there's a hatfull of caption comps among that lot!

Cheers all

I just wanted to say as it was my 1st meet that I enjoyed myself on sunday although the weather was bad it was still a nice

run out. I couldn't make the pub after as one of the kiddys wasn't feeling to well & she wanted to go home.

Hopefully weather will be better next time & i can get to get a better look at some your lovley motors.

Pictures look excellent by the way

thanks james

If you're putting vodka on the cornflakes in your house its no wonder your daughters not well - try using milk like everyone else [;)]  Seriously though, thanks for turning out - given the weather it would have been so easy for you to have blown out and made your next outing your first !  Hope the littl'uns feeling better.

We will have to think up a few more family days out, here's a good un a trip to Calais[:D]

Did someone say 'day trip to France?'  Now lets see now, if we get the early shuttle for £49, cruise down the A16 ?  to Montreuil , little drive round their lovely little cobbled streets and cruise back along coastal road for a spot to eat ............sorry getting carried away with this organisational thing [:$] I'll be getting myself a folder and clipboard soon like Dean [:P][;)]

job for you then barry[Y]

If this really is a serious proposal I don't mind making a few enquiries and taking it on - I really can't believe that I just offered to do this [:'(] [:'(] Shall we wait to see if there's any response via this thread or as they say at Nike "just do it" and start a new thread?

Sorry I missed it, but my Hol Jr was playing an under 8's cup game and I don't want to be an absent Dad.

Ron it'll be good to involve you & your family + any other sussex mad people to take part in this trip if it comes off[Y]
