herbie Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Anyone ever used this company? Paid for a turbo nearly 2 weeks ago and it aint showed up. Communication is almost non existant and can never get hold of the person I delt with on the phone[:@] Im starting to lose my patience!
IanJ Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Where are they based? Post up on general section as you mind find some folks local to them!
IanJ Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 http://www.scoobytek.co.uk/contact.asp Just found them. Give them a call then if still no joy post on the essex scoobies list. I've done a search on here for their name and a few of the guys on there seem to know them...
herbie Posted February 19, 2006 Author Posted February 19, 2006 Thanks. I'll post in the Essex scoobies list if i get nowhere on the phone with them tomorrow.
herbie Posted February 19, 2006 Author Posted February 19, 2006 What makes it worse, I get responses saying "sorry been off work with the flu, i'll see to posting the turbo out today" !!!
Highlander68000 Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 I hope you don't lose your money or your goods. I would suggest giving them an ultimatum, and as quickly as possible. BTW, they didn't have flu when they were at Brands Hatch on the 6th! And it is not just a one man band.
WUZ Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 Herbie - If you get no answer from them by Monday, PM me and I'l give you a mobile number to try. Russell
phil Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 I have spoken to Paul at Scoobytek and he is going to deal with it asap
herbie Posted February 21, 2006 Author Posted February 21, 2006 Turbo is now in the post, and Paul has sent his appologies on the delay. No harm done. Thanks
WUZ Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 Phil - tell those muppets at Scoobytek (especially Tony) that I am STILL WAITING FOR THE RECIEPT FOR THE ENGINE REBUILD I WAS PROMISED 14 MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!! Russell ps - you can also tell them I have taken legal advice on this and am, considering court action under a banner of "false advertising". Choice is theirs, sort it out sensibly or let the courts decide.
