Anyone ever used this company? Paid for a turbo nearly 2 weeks ago and it aint showed up.

Communication is almost non existant and can never get hold of the person I delt with on the phone[:@]

Im starting to lose my patience!

Just found them. Give them a call then if still no joy post on the essex scoobies list. I've done a search on here for their name and a few of the guys on there seem to know them...

What makes it worse, I get responses saying "sorry been off work with the flu, i'll see to posting the turbo out today" !!!

I hope you don't lose your money or your goods. I would suggest giving them an ultimatum, and as quickly as possible.

BTW, they didn't have flu when they were at Brands Hatch on the 6th! And it is not just a one man band.

ps - you can also tell them I have taken legal advice on this and am, considering court action under a banner of "false advertising". Choice is theirs, sort it out sensibly or let the courts decide.
