seem to have problems occasionally, really slow trying to load either site

They are both on seperate hosting space but the same server.  Hence both having the same problem at the same time.

it is happening regular. i will contact them about this tomorrow.

I have been having problems there to for some time now, when I log in I am not logged in if you know what I mean!! Have to have a coulple of attempts before I am allowed in........... Very strange.
