Anyone else having probs posting replies

Near enough every time i post a reply it comes up with an error, then i try again it says something about time between posts is not enough or something, anyone else having similar probs?

Yeah, to get round it post the reply then go back using the back button twice, then click refresh and your post will be there[]

Yeah I have had loads of probs posting, send a reply and then it tells me I can't. When I open the topic again my post is there though! Wierd

I have a problem posting and I'm using my Home computer and my laptop at work.. But get the same error
