andy Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Guys, Anyone else got the same problem, up the top where there is four options the middle two for me are - Chris_c201 & Logout, around them is just wierd squares, these are all over the place so when i go into my profile i can't see what any of the listings are......... What browser and version are you using? There seem to be some cross-browser compatibilty teething problems. Up the top I've got " Welcome back andywrx | Logout | Faq"
chris_c201 Posted February 6, 2006 Author Posted February 6, 2006 Jus using IE, not sure what version although i run automatic update so i think it will be fairly up to date.... Across the top i have this ?????? chris_c201! | Logout | ???? Then i've got this... ???????? ????????: Subaru Impreza ... » Regional Areas » Scottish Scoobi... » Re: Square's all over my menu's.... I dunno how to get into anything cos instead of having the descriptions i have these boxes!!
chris_c201 Posted February 6, 2006 Author Posted February 6, 2006 Ok, its not my browser, Downloaded firefox and its the same apart from question marks instead of squares.... Can someone PM Willy for me as i'm guessing a bunch of squares represent access to my PM facility and as such i have no idea how to access it... don't know if my profile just needs reset as i'm pretty sure it was fine till i tried to update my signature....... Cheers Chris
st3ph3n Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Chris, check your regional settings in your control panel. Sounds like you've got a problem there.
chris_c201 Posted February 6, 2006 Author Posted February 6, 2006 Good man!! Thats it sorted, couldn't see what any of the options within profiles was but one of the drop-downs had an option of "US-English" and that seems to have done the trick, Cheers Stephen
