gordyN01 Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 anyone change these on a newage ? what benefits do u get ? was looking at the samco one
the squiggle Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 the std one causes a bit of turbulence prior to the turbo the samco one gives the air a slightly smoother journey into the mouth of the turbo grant
ANDYJDMSTI Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Was looking at the Perrin one myself a while back. Cheaper than the Samco one.
wilky Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Agree with the LHFOJ, the perrins seems to get the vote with the yanks who use it on thier 2.5s, buying from the USA is the cheapest option, Wuz got one there. Callum W

Callum W Wuz had it for sale a while back. I am going to get Meercat to make me a new intake pipe out of Stainless Steel just like Wilky's
harvey_smith Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Just remember that stainless will heat soak signifigantly.
