Are there any meets happening in Feb? Also, are there any Optimax stations?

Something like 8th-12th or 11th-15th. Maybe a day less as some peeps on the Manx forum have said I don't need 5 days to look around the island. Where do I get octane booster from? Also how much stuff do I need to bring your fuel up to Optimax (97?).
