sharon_mccall Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 would dunfermline not be a bit more central? I was going to come along and thought it would be a nice change if it was in dunfermline. FastScooby knows some places
sharon_mccall Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 LOL, well unfortunately i won't be making any cos i don't know dunfermline that well. However, I have pm'd fastscooby, so he can suggest somewhere. Cheers
4Hero Posted January 19, 2006 Posted January 19, 2006 mako? Were you going down the Swan Brae (methil) last Saturday around 3'ish?
zeolite Posted January 20, 2006 Author Posted January 20, 2006 folks...I appreciate that I won't be there this month but my intention was to keep the meet in the Glenrothes area as most of the Fife Scoobs are based there. I was thinking about organising a different kind of event later in the year. Something along the lines of a bowling night or similar. Any suggestions?
FastScooby Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 there is 2 brewars fayre in dunfermline ... both have very easy access from the M90 and A92. First is opposite Lauder Colledge Here The other is here at the New fife leisure park Easy access for people that would like to come to the fife meet from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Central and Tayside. I didn't suggest Dunfermline just cause it is literally 2 mins from my house.. (could even have it in my house... just watch for the dogs ) Imagine the street full of Scoobs..... What a sight that would be It was for ease for everyone.. We know that Irish al and Baby No. 2 is moving to Fife Shortly and Sharon is Sharon
FastScooby Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 better salvage this before it gets totally lost
scoobyfuzzy Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 i may not be able to attend now due to work, but will try ma best fuzzy
lescazscoob Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 i hope the meet is at snooty cause im using someone elses computer and i cant check again? i will be attending but hubby away working so ill be all alone sob sob hehe!!!!!!!!!! even if we hold this meet at snooty and then take it from there? Zeolite bowling sounds good!! have been looking into paintball?? but sounds a bit sore? See u all thursday? cazxx
zeolite Posted January 24, 2006 Author Posted January 24, 2006 Caz...Funny you posting as I bumped into Les in Glenrothes today. he had a head gasket in his hand but it was for an astra. The Sport is looking very nice BTW.
RS Grant Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Fife stretches all the way to the east coast by the way... IMO, Dunfermline is too far west, its at the other edge of Fife. lol Glenrothes is in the middle, and the A92 is a nicer road for Tayside Members to drive than the M90. Cheers, Grant
higgy Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Snooty fox it is then , if your all happy now. Higgy

NightOwl Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 7.30. Well, the last one was 7.30 so I imagine this one's the same.
zeolite Posted January 27, 2006 Author Posted January 27, 2006 Thanks for turning up guys. Another good if smaller than usual meet. Les can get more info about the Crail rally at link Some ideas discussed were about a bowling night and night out. So anyone with any input please let me know.
