Hi,

it states in the gen discussion area that to officially be part of the afoementioned event you have to register with the RO of the appropriate area. Living in St. Austell and wanting to join the cruise at some point I want to be official and obtain the rally plates that are being produced etc. Who is the RO collecting this info as payment is involved and I obviously wanna donate to the charity.
