baser999 Posted February 7, 2006 Author Posted February 7, 2006 ok folks! 3 weeks to go! just to clarify, if we are all in agreement..............SUNDAY 19TH FEBRUARY. time and meeting point tbc, although nottcuts would be the ideal starting point?? would like to make it a 10.30 start, so arriving at nottcuts say 10am for 10.30 am start. i will start a new thread with final details and have a route printed for certain people who may not be able to keep up or get lost hopefully we can make this a good day out. hopefully if this one goes ok we can arrange a few more SUNDAY trips out? dean Less than a fortnight to go..... Are we intending to stop on the way for eats - believe a proper Sunday lunch was proposed [] - in which case should we perhaps be thinking about booking , or are we just going to take our chances on getting in somewhere. Difficult to know from the roll call just how many people , including littl'uns , are actually going to be there. Posted a thread on Sussex forum so perhaps we should try to firm up our plans in case anyone there was intending to meet us ?
SCOOBYTOO Posted February 7, 2006 Posted February 7, 2006 hi barry. i think we were going to eat down there so people can do thier own thing, plus getting the right amount of tables on a sunday without confirmed numbers is difficult. won't be long now[O]
