Went out for a little run tonight and the thermostat started climbing quite high so had to stop 6 times between Crosby and Douglas just to keep the engine cool. Trying to get the car into the garage tomorrow, hopefully it will get sorted quickly but I don't think it will be ready by sunday, also hoping it will be covered under its warranty.

graeme_stuart Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 We met at the Grandstand, a quick run through Foxdale then down the Ballamodha (some quicker than others!!) through Colby and back up the Sloc and down to Dalby where the road resembled a ploughed field due to a very soggy trial bike meet, and on to the Niarbyl Cafe for lunch. Good fun

andrew_field Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 Yeah it was a good meet. Really nice to see a good turn out and some really nice cars. Shame mine started over heating on the way back. Dropped it into the garage, see what they have to say about loosing coolant.

andrew_field Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 There was not much that could be done, it just need to cool down slightly so that I could add more coolant to the header tank.
