SEEVERS Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 WR Blue STi wagon at Bearsden cross......reg no J111 **L.......SIDC sticker on back window. Also a lovely lookin red classic with high level rear wing and multi-spoke alloys(silver)at the retail park in Drumchapel(Gt.Western Road) Del.
oobster Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I think that's the same wagon Irish Al & me spotted in Homebase carpark, Livingston the other day. Did it have KEI Racing silver alloys on it?
chris_c201 Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Did you see the silver classic up at Drumchapel around lunchtime?? I seen it leaving there about 12:30 (roughly)
terminator Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 yes spotted seevers at bearsden n flashed "lights". The missus also noticed someone loitering around behind me at livingstone. HI ANYWAY.
oobster Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Hullo terminator. I spotted you yesterday @ Homebase - you were walking in as I was walking out. We were in the Mrs' blue Pug 206. Nice motor you got there.
terminator Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Cheers,if i had spotted you i would have stopped for a chat, but due to the fact i haven't attended any meets i dont know faces only cars.I would have liked a look at your ride (scooby) as your wbsite looks trick.
oobster Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Irish Al & me discussed your alloys (you have the same wheels as me) but he reckoned they were 19's ? It's 18's i've got on my motor.
irish al Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Saw you car at homebase as well, so is that 19" rims or is the car very low ???
terminator Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 18" kei force 10s but the reason they look bigger is that the car is slammed 40mm fr and 30 rr on teins. The next time i am through i'll give you a shout.I have a lot to do. i need to roll the rear arches as the tyres rub lightly when cornering.
oobster Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 u leaving your force 10's on over the winter? I only ask coz i recently put up a thread about swapping wheels over to prevent salt damage.
terminator Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 johnny, the cost of the refurb and tyres was funny money so traded them in eventually, cheers mate. The rims are staying on for the winter as they are not chrome. The last 3 sets of rims i've had were chrome including the 20" imports so a no no in the brown salt. The kei's are ok for winter just check them for chips and apply some clear nail varnish "from the burd of course".
