Why can i still not log on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I have been having real trouble logging onto SWS, I have followed all emails and instructions, but it still wont let me view any posts! i think I am logging on ok as my name appears on the bottom of the screen as being logged on, but i cant view any posts! am i being thick or sommit! Any advice plz!!
