scooby_si Posted July 22, 2003 Share Posted July 22, 2003 check out the FAQ it gives gear ratios which you can in theory work out speeds per gears etc or failing that get out there & redline it I found in me MY97 saloon that if i finished the 1/4 mile santa pod run in 3rd i couldnt make 100mph lol Si Link to comment
chrisp Posted July 22, 2003 Share Posted July 22, 2003 Tiff Needel tested a total standard 208bhp MY97 UK turbo for TG back in November 199, he got : 0-30 - 1.8 seconds 0-60 - 5.2 seconds 0-100 - 14.5 seconds 1/4 mile in 13.9 @ 98mph There was no top speed but you are looking at about 140-145mph.
