CROOKY Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 hi can anyone help me im at my whits end my93 wrx wagon will not boost properly the car is standard apart from a dump valve and i have changed the boost solenoid pipes to silicone apart from the one that goes to the air box as it has a restrictor in it the main problem is that the fuel is cutting out at between 0.7 and 0.75 bar according to the gauge is this right i have been told the car boost should cut at 1.1 the standard actuator is adjustable can i adjust the boost using this. i really hope someone can help me cheers crooky

Pele Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 I'll probably be corrected here lol, but as far as I'm aware the standard car boosts at 0.8 bar - also have you cleaned the boost solenoid out?
Jolly Green Monster Posted December 16, 2005 Posted December 16, 2005 plugs or coil packs.. try cleaning / replacing plugs and running 0.6mm gaps.
