Louise_Rat Posted December 6, 2005 Share Posted December 6, 2005 have been a busy bunny Have booked a skid control course for 12 drivers(max allowed)Booked for Saturday 4th March 2006 and Saturday 11th March 2006 .Due to the way the course is run it will be over 2 saturdays (11th and 4th) 6 drivers per day , 3 in morning 3 in afternoon . This course costs £55 IF we get the 12 spaces filled , it teaches you how to get out of skids using the skid pan , on black ice , snow, ice,loss of traction , and also now covers using abs and there is a timed trial at the end to see how you have progressed it is a 3 and a half hour course , and SOME insurance companys do give a discount on production of the certificate you will be awarded on completion of the course . The venue is Devon drivers centre , westpoint , exeter , ex5 1dj . the £55 has to be paid 3 weeks before the course begins , and a £10 non refundable deposit has to be sent with a note saying that you are there through sws(that will be subtracted from final balance please make cheques payable to devon county council , on the covering note you put in with cheque please put these details also that you are with sws what date/time you want your name your address car reg date of birth please send the cheques to me , and i will forward them on to tony as a group the first one is for exeter but i am booking 3 more dates for these areas , which will be put up as soon as i have them Torpoint Portreath Saturday 4th March 2006 morning session start 9:15 am 1) Joe Kont 2) 3) Saturday 4th March 2006 afternoon session start 1:30pm 1)the daddy 2)reserved for guest 3)st1g Saturday 11th March 2006 morning session start 9:15am 1) 2) 3) Saturday 11th March 2006 afternoon session start 1:30pm 1)Jaminrat 2)L whitman 3) Link to comment

It's the bosses son, only 18 and driving a new BMW 320Ci Convertable, but he has been talking about buying himself a scoob and doing it up, wants a car he can play with, may have to introduce him to Bob !
