As i said to the guy in question... send the thing back unsigned and enclose a letter requesting the photographic evidence as you are not sure who was driving the car at time... if they cant produce the photo they cant do you.

Leave the thing until about the 24th day or so, so by that time you will have forgotten who was driving your car

I got one of these a wee bit back on the m6 and i asked for the photo... sure enough they sent it back in full blown colour... could not get away with it
