markie Posted November 20, 2005 Posted November 20, 2005 After popping into Maidstone this afternoon we decided to go to the Harvester on the sandling road, well on aproaching a set of traffic lights we see the police with their blue lights on parked in the near side lane, as we got nearer we realised it was my eldest daughter's car that was involved in an accident. She had stopped at the lights when this fc*king twat of a chav drove his escort into her offside rear quarter and tore the wheel clean off the main beam + big damage to the body work. After making sure her sister & freind was ok she spoke to this geeza got his name +mob number he & his girlfreind then went to get a drink from the garage beside them but just did a runner. The police couldn't get a trace on the number nor the name he gave so she now has no car and the cost of repacing it as its not worth her going through ins as it will affect her no claims bonous next year. Would love to meet this feckless prat cos it would give me great plesure putting my hand down his throat and pulling his testicals out through his mouth so he looks like the chicken he is. On a more positive side everyone in the car was ok mark

B3AR Posted November 20, 2005 Posted November 20, 2005 I drove past that little mess this afternoon. Her Fiesta was munted to say the least, and the Escort didn't look too bad. Can't you claim on the insurance against the owner of the car? There is an uninsured drivers kitty that all the isurance companies pay into for things like this, and if the car was stolen you should still be able to claim against the owner. Hope everyone was OK.

PP Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Sorry to hear of the trouble but at least no one was hurt seriously I've suffered 2 accidents where the other driver was not insured. My insurance company followed the claim through the Motor Insurers Bureau and they paid out both times and no loss of ncb. MIB
