Traffic news for the W/E - A80 closed southbound

For those of us heading southbound towards Glasgow from Perth after the run on Sunday then it is worth knowing that the A80 will be shut from Old Inns (the shell station) to past the roundabout. It will indeed be shut from 8pm tomorrow night until 6am on Monday.

Might well be worth coming back a different way possibly, although Sunday traffic should be light.

A prime opportunity to hitch a lfet at Striling and go via Gargunnock and over the Campsies and then into Lennowtown to Bearsden ........

Aye, you can just nick through the town centre, which I usually do coming home from work anyway, but obviously that's the diversion everyone's going to be following.
