According to press reports no one bothers to look at the Highway code once they have passed thier test

Have read through the 2005 version and can't fault it at all . . . . . however they still don't seem to have legislated against those company car drivers who do NOT tailgate the motor in front and there are still no restrictions on old people 'going for a little drive' at the weekend.
