McRae to race British Rally

Just read on the WRC website that Colin McRae is returning to the WRC at the Wales Rally, racing for the factory Skoda team - shame its not in a scooby!

No but he is trying out the Skoda down in Newton Stewart in the Park Systems Rally and i for sure will be there to see that.

The lure of McRae driving a rickshaw in anger and the quality of roads down that way asr too much to resist

He was interviewed on the rallying on ITV on Sunday afternoon and it was announced then.

Will be interesting but he said he is aiming for the top 10 drivers, maybe the top 6. He will be off the pace (as he admits) compared to the likes of Loeb and many of the other drivers.
