Fee Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 oooo....is it? I was just thinking that I'd like to go up to Crail soon......haven't had the impreza on the strip yet Was looking at their website though earlier and they dont seem to have that many Crail Thrash (non mag) days on this year Could be up for this Sunday though
Fee Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 Alternatively....there's this Sun 18 Sep J TUNER JAPANESE Tuning Mag day Scary from Fast Car fame is now editor of this new magazine especially published for those that like all motors oriental .So if you think of Turning Japanese make sure you are here for this their first visit to Scotland. but I'm not really up for paying more to take your car up the strip less times just because its a mag day
Gumball Posted August 1, 2005 Posted August 1, 2005 would be up for a trip to crail this sunday. went last weekend out of sheer boredom touched the gate and drove home. LOL took me 4 hrs seeing as im a new man
RS Grant Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 Is it a general thrash day then?? If it is and I have my EBC fitted and runnign perfectly, I may be tempted to give the '4 a thrash up the strip!! Cheers, Grant

mazheriqbal_mohammed Posted August 2, 2005 Posted August 2, 2005 Hey Folks Will definately be making the journey up to crail, cant beat some good old racing action. I have to say i prefer the Crail Thrash as you get way more time to get some runs in, i think last time it took a mere ten minutes for another shot up the track compaired to the 3/4 of an hour wait when that Max Power event was on a few moons ago. Plus after all the spectating i did at that Ten of the Best IV Show i am dying to get the old baby out for a few 1/4 mile sprints. Mine is the silver scooby with the carbon bonnet and always up for a challenge if any of you want a run on Sunday Speakig of TOTB was gobsmacked seeing the Icelandic monster Impreza that got a sub ten second run!!! bring it on . Before i could only dream of a scooby that quick but now i live in hope!!
Fee Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 yeah...quiet days are much better.... i took my last car up the strip 52 times in one day lol
darryll Posted August 3, 2005 Posted August 3, 2005 i might go up if its dry crail has it own weather like knockhill.
