paddy247 Posted May 30, 2005 Posted May 30, 2005 Thats a a few sub 13 sec cars John, how did you do tday? The AWD boys had a comitment at the perth motorshow tday so had to give it a miss, pitty as the weather was great.

Had a race against the 12.7 second beast!! Think i need one or two mods before i will attempt that again even with the suspected slipping clutch, but after a best of 13.98 am happy that my new exhaust from 4WD Motorsport knocked nearly half a second of my previous times. Hope i can get to meet some of the rest of you guys some time soon and give you a run for your money on the quarter mile (well maybe after a couple more grand on the engine!). Iqy

Iqy >> hi igy it was good to meet you mate hope to see you around a bit more good times bye the way you should be with that. and i will just clear something up a bit jason has the whight car (12.7) no slipping clutch !! I have a green one that was'nt there coz it has a slippy clutch. I was driving jasons car when we spoke i think thats where the confusion started but dont worry mate it's all in hand Ps, are you going to the rolling road day @dastek ?? it's not to late to put your name on the list. col666 Posted May 30, 2005 Posted May 30, 2005 Didnt have a good day at all, ran a 13.1 at banzai with my clutch slipping like mad so got a new uprated clutch fitted. Car was great off the line,even spinning the wheels but changing into second it was misfiring really bad for a second then clearing,same thing happened in third,best i got was a 13.4...pretty p*****d off!!
