andy_robertson Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 hey guys im lookin to get two gauges and a twin pod i fancy the boost gauge and oil temp AWD in perth any good? what gauges are best i like the stealth ones with the smoked screen and light up with the ignition but worried it would start to annoy and get in you way after a while?? cheers
the squiggle Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Send a wee PM to HISOOB and i am sure he can fulfill your requirements for a very reasonable rate. General rule of thumb is the more you pay the better the performance of the guage.....Cheap £20 guages wil not be as accurate as £200 Defi guages Get yourself to a local meet and have a look at the diff types people have and decide what you would be happy living with Grant
andy_robertson Posted April 28, 2005 Author Posted April 28, 2005 im goin to AWD in perth next week ( hopefullly) to get my H&S uppipe done think they sell and fit gauges so i'll ask them and see what they have on offer heard their really helpful up there
fraser_drinkwater Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 Best bet is with Jamie HISOOB Central R.O hes the ma for gauges before you go else where, trust us.
wilky Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 And if you want your uppipe done, have a look around first
Gumball Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 I think these guys are right, speak to HISOOB before going to AWD. Jamie usually gives you a good deal.
Guest Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 as they all say, try jamie (hi soob) first ...... labour rates will be cheaper as well as the gauges. first class job done recently.
