Can skim, lighten and balance my flywheel?

I bought a second hand one which had alledegely been lightened (9 kgs??) but there are some marks on the face. So i'd like to get it sorted.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Maybe try the Guy in Polmont/Lauriston, JEM engines was his name IIRC. Used to be really good with X-flows and Pintos years ago.
