sma01 Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 car was in yesterday to get the wheels refurbished, got the car back today and the wheels are like new....if anyone is looking to get theirs done then highly recommend Bodysmart, its a guy called David Heritage, his work is first class......

sma01 Posted March 30, 2005 Author Posted March 30, 2005 He is based @ Eskbank, just next to Dalkeith mate, easily accessible from the Edinburgh city bypass....He does a lot of work for Western Motor Co as well as individuals, i know some of the mobile guys powdercoat the wheels, he doesnt, they are done properly and the finish is excellent, if you want his number let me know and will PM you....

WRXmania - i'm sure he wont jambo scooby - best to phone for prices, depends on type of damage, the finish you want on the wheels, size of wheels etc..... Spooks - I work for Western VW, we have had a few cars done there, last 2 were a civic type r and a merc coupe. He had cars out there from western merc and saab as well, his work is 1st class. ..If you are thinking about changing the colour of your wheels, he will be able to change it to pretty much whatvere you want, if you want something totally different, ask him about the wheels he did recently on a Noble

Highlustre2004 Posted March 30, 2005 Posted March 30, 2005 I had some work done recently by Ace Performance Cars in Carnwath. Derek can fix and refurbish (Powdercoat) almost anything. He was planning the removal of a buckle from a Dodge Viper alloy when I was through a couple of weeks ago! Stuart.
